Ольга Кольцова

Родилась в 1957 г. в Москве, окончила журфак МГУ. Стихи и переводы печатает с 90-х годов. Книга «Несвобода» была удостоена премии «Серебряный век».

 
Olga Koltsova is a poet, translator, editor and journalist. She graduated from the Journalism program of Moscow State University and was publishing since 1978; since 1987 as a poet (mostly in Russia and USA). Olga published translations from German (Wilhelm Busch, A. Margul–Sperber, W. Eichelburg) and English (R. Fergusson, J. Keats, O. Wilde, R. Kipling et al.) Her own book of poetry, Nesvoboda (Unfreedom), 2007, won a prestigious literary prize «Silver Age», awarded yearly in December for «contributions to the preservation of the Russian Silver Age traditions in contemporary Russian literature.»
